SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our standard shipping is between 5 -7 business days for UK deliveries (personalised children's tracksuits 5-10 working days)
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 for all UK deliveries including Northern Ireland. + Free deliveries for orders over £100
For EU we offer to ship within 3-6 business days at a flat rate shipping fee of £12
For USA we offer to ship within 4-8 business days at a flat rate shipping fee of £15
For AUS & NZ we offer to ship within 4-8 business days at a flat rate shipping of £20
Countries we do not currently ship to : Russian Federation, Serbia, Venezuela, Morocco, Pakistan, Macedonia, Colombia, Lebanon, Albania or Algeria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Burma, China, Eritrea, Lebanon, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, Republic of Guinea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Libya
Return & Exchange Policy
To return an item you must inform Uventure Activewear within 14 days to receive a full refund, items must be free from damage and have no visible signs of wear and tear on any garment returned. Uventure Activewear reserve the right to refuse a refund should any item returned have any visible signs of damage including rips, tears or dirt or if the item has distinct odours, blemishes or has signs of wear.
We will not accept any garments covered with animal or human hair. Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.
Uventure Activewear currently does not offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. If you wish to receive a different size, you'll need to place a new order via the website.
The returned parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it has arrived at Uventure Activewear headquarters. The postage of the returned parcel must be covered by the customer, Uventure Activewear does not currently offer free returns.
Returns can take up to 10 days to process, each item returned will be thoroughly inspected before a refund is issued. A copy of our returns form complete with your name and address should be included in the parcel before it is sent back to us to ensure an easy transaction when issuing you with a full refund. To receive updates on the process of your parcel you should also provide Uventure Activewear with tracking details on your returned parcel.
Customs & Import Duty
All orders placed online from countries outside of the United Kingdom may be susceptible to customs/import fees. Any duty or tax added to the parcel will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.
You, the customer are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in, payment of fees applied to your package will need to be paid in full by you the customer to your countries customs authority before the package can be cleared. Uventure Activewear has no responsibility whatsoever to pay/cover the cost of import/customs fees.
The grand total of your order as displayed at the final checkout is not inclusive of any additional import duties/customs fees. The courier prior to delivery will inform you of any additional duties that need to be paid.
Import tax / duty varies depending on the type of product you are importing and the country you are importing to. Uventure Activewear has no control over customs and import tax, therefore, we cannot provide an accurate figure of what the local charges will be within the country you are importing to.

Refusing to pay customs
If you refuse the customs fee when your package/parcel once it has reached the destination country then the package/parcel will be returned to Uventure Activewear.
A shipping fee & handling fee will be deducted from your refund, we also reserve the right to provide a partial refund or provide a full refund if the items that returned are damaged.
